When Kyle and Emily Jennings started thinking about ways to make the most of their summers, they probably didn’t imagine the answer would involve…toilets. 😂
Kyle and Emily are both educators, and while researching summer business ideas, Kyle came across luxury restroom trailers—and remembered something. They had one at their own wedding 10 years ago! 💍
💡 Lightbulb moment.
Kyle purchased two trailers, fixed one up and sold it, and in 2025, Luxury Loo Restroom Trailers was born—bringing a much more comfortable (and MUCH prettier!) bathroom experience to events across Michigan’s Lower Peninsula and northern Ohio.
🚽 So…what exactly is a Luxury Loo?
If you’re picturing a porta-potty, erase that image immediately. 😂
Think real bathroom that just happens to travel to you—complete with running water, flushing toilets, porcelain sinks, fresh-water and waste tanks, plus plenty of thoughtful extras.
👩 Women’s side: three private stalls, two porcelain sinks, lighted mirrors, hairspray, mints, lotions and feminine products.
👨 Men’s side: two private stalls, two porcelain urinals, two sinks, plus mints, floss sticks, hairspray, lotions and even Tide pens for those “How did I get that on my shirt?” moments. 😆
They even dress up the exterior with flowers and tire covers so it blends beautifully into the event. 🌸
So what do people say when they step inside? “WOW!” 😲
Kyle says guests are surprised by how much it feels like a REAL bathroom.
🎉 Weddings, grad parties, reunions…and renovations?
Yep! Luxury Loo can be rented for weddings, graduation parties, reunions and special events—or even longer-term during home and business renovations. 🛠️ Kyle prefers about 24 hours’ notice, but if something comes up last minute and the trailer is available, they’ll do their best to make it happen!

Luxury Loo gives Kyle and Emily something especially valuable—more freedom and flexibility during the summer while building a business that reflects their family and community values.
